Tokmak Solar Energy Co. Ltd. was established on June 9, 2011. The conversion of solar energy into electrical energy is the core business of the company. The production is based on advanced technologies and is not only highly efficient but also eco-friendly. In-house development of the company - tracker TSE Tracker System - was patented in 47 countries of the world.

The main office of the company Tokmak Solar Energy and it's manufacturing facilities are located in Zaporozhye. Tokmak Solar Energy is a dealer of japanese brand Sharp, a leading manufacturer of equipment for solar power plants, and austrian company Fronius, which produce  converters - equipment which converts solar energy into electrical energy.

In October 2014, Tokmak Solar Energy sucessfully accomplished and put into service the solar power plant project with the generating capacity of 1.5 megawatt (MW) in the village Novom of Tokmak region of Zaporozhskaya Oblast'. The solar power plant is situated on the territory with the square of 32 ga.

According to the resolution of National Electricity Regulatory Commission of Ukraine  (NERC) for Tokmak Solar Energy was approved a "green" tariff on electrical energy, produced on the objects of electrical energy industry, which are using alternative sources of energy till 2030. All produced electrical energy the company Tokmak Solar Energy delivers according to the "green" tariff to the  electric power system of Ukraine.
